Paediatrician & Infectious Diseases Physician

Dr Ming Chen is a dual trained specialist in General Paediatrics and Infectious Diseases
through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and currently also works at the
Women’s and Children’s Hospital as an Infectious Diseases Specialist.

Ming believes in providing the best standard of care through evidence based medicine to
patients in a holistic and family centered manner.

Her medical training includes extensive experience working across multiple metropolitan,
rural and remote locations in the NT, QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA. Her tertiary experience
also includes the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne; Westmead Hospital Sydney;
Centenary Hospital for Women and Children Canberra; Queensland Children’s Hospital
Brisbane and Royal Darwin Hospital.

She is committed to ongoing professional development and is undertaking a PhD part time
and continues to training registrars and medical students at the Women’s and Children’s
Hospital.
